Know Your Rights Training

CWATU facilitates workshops with tenants to increase their knowledge of Delaware's Landlord-Tenant Code. Workshops include information on what to know before, during and after renting, including tenant rights during an eviction. Workshops emphasize building tenant power and coalition building so that all Wilmington, DE tenants can live in housing that is safe, clean and free from hazardous conditions such as mold, mildew, etc.

Renter Q&A Webinars

Conducts video-conferencing using Zoom to discuss a variety of landlord-tenant issues.

  • Each closed session will be for one hour and will be limited to persons who register in advance.

  • It will include a question and answer session with an experienced attorney and/or qualified tenant advocates.
